TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You

The wedding of the year is only a few months away, but before then, a new visual for upcoming Crunchyroll Original, TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You, which was originally created by Hayate the Combat Butler author Kenjiro Hata, was released, alongside the Japanese broadcast date. Better save that date!

Heading up the series will be director Hiroshi Ikehata (Seton Academy: Join the Pack!) with Kazuho Hyoudou (ReLIFE) handling the scripts and series composition and Masakatsu Sasaki (We Never Learn: BOKUBEN) looking after the character designs while Goichi Iwahata (GOBLIN SLAYER) looks after the prop designs.

Ritsuko Utagawa (Interspecies Reviewers) is the color designer on the TV anime, with Yukihiro Shibutani (Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai) as the art director. Satoshi Motoyama (High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World) is handling the sound with Endou (Akiba's Trip The Animation) composing the music. TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You will be animated at Seven Arcs.

It was announced that TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You will be broadcasting in Japan on Tokyo MX from October 2 at 25:25 (effectively 1:25 AM on October 3), and while Crunchyroll will be streaming the TV anime, no streaming date has been announced for the series yet. Crunchyroll describes the series as such:

The married life comedy by "Hayate the Combat Butler" author Kenjiro Hata finally gets an anime adaptation! Nasa Yuzaki falls in love at first sight after an encounter with the mysterious Tsukasa. When Nasa earnestly confesses his feelings, she replies, "I'll date you, but only if we're married." Nasa and Tsukasa's cute and precious newlywed life of love is about to begin!
