English Version of Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story Game Seals Its Witches Away on September 29
Grief seeds grew three times with the announcement that the game will end operation
The official Twitter account for the English version of the Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story smartphone game announced on August 28 that the English version will be ceasing operation on September 29, a little over a year after being released. The Japanese version of the game will still be playable, though accounts will not be able to be moved over to the region.
Magia Stones, the in-game currency, will be purchasable up until September 10, while the last day the 30-day Magica Pass will be on the market will be August 30, which will be valid until the final day. Magia Stones, like accounts, cannot be transferred and paid stones will not be refunded. Here is the final schedule from the official website:
Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story spawned a TV anime series that aired earlier this year. A second season has been announced.
