LiSA's Demon Slayer: Mugen Train Theme Song "Homura" Dominates 55 Digital Charts in Japan

Her fifth album "LEO-NiNE" is also released today



Two days before its CD release, anison singer LiSA's 17th single song "Homura" was released digitally for streaming and download on October 12. It dominated 55 digital single daily charts in Japan, including Amazon Digital Music Single Ranking and iTunes General Top Song Ranking, which was far more than 38 wins achieved by her 15th single song "Gurenge" (TV anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba OP theme) in April 2019. 


The epic ballad song composed by Yuki Kajiura is featured as the theme song for the upcoming anime feature film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train to open in Japanese theaters this Friday, October 16. As reported, the song's five-minute music video was posted on her official YouTube channel at noon yesterday (JST), then has been already viewed more than 1.8 million times only in 20 hours. 


Along with her fifth album "LEO-NiNE," the CD single of "Homura" is released today on October 14, 2020. They are highly expected to do well in the Japanese CD charts as well.
