Fruits Basket: The Final Season Gets 12 Ending Illustrations From Manga Author

First illustrations to debut in cafe exhibition on April 6th in Japan

In the run up to the long-awaited premiere of Fruits Basket: The Final Season on April 5th and announced during AnimeJapan 2021 on Sunday, it was confirmed that manga author Natsuki Takaya will draw 12 illustrations for use during ending segments of each episode in the forthcoming season.


In addition, the illustrations will also be exhibited as a part of publisher Hakuhensha's first permanent cafe, under the name cheer Fancle, which will open on April 6th in Japan as the Fruits Basket Cafe for its first promotional event. The first illustration featuring Tohru Honda is below:



The first two seasons are currently streaming on Crunchyroll and The Final Season will premiere soon.
