Plus9 Gaming Platform Highlights Asian-Developed Games, Launches Next Beta Phase

Plus9 Game Club introduces access to 14+ games and more

BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger

Plus9 was recently revealed as a new gaming platform and community that specifically highlights developers from Asia and those who love their games, and it's set to enter its next beta phase. This one introduces the Plus9 Game Club, a subscription service that currently includes access to over 14 games and can be extended for free through the completion of monthly activities.

Plus9 aims to serve up a mix of both new Asian-developed games and hidden gems from the past, opening the door for new communities to emerge and giving everyone the chance to stay up to date and support developers that make the games they love. The platform takes a 15 percent revenue cut, leaving the rest for the developers and publishers and offering an opportunity for players to donate directly, as well.

Check out an overview in the video below.

Some of the digital games available in the shop include Tengami, Tales of the Neon Sea, Synergia, Kawaii Deathu Desu, Raiden III and IV, BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger, and Guilty Gear X2 #Reload

In addition to the 14+ titles on offer, the newly added Plus9 Game Club has a free month of membership available to everyone who signs up. After that it's $49.99 to extend your membership for a full year, or you can complete activities to extend for free.

Some of those activities include:

  • Make a comment on a +NET article
  • Like the Plus9 Twitter account
  • Get a friend to sign up for Plus9
  • Reach a certain milestone in a specific game
