On his official Twitter feed (@oichanmusi), director Seiji Mizushima (Beatless, Full Metal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shamballa) has revealed that the key staff members of the 2014 Expelled from Paradise theatrical anime film have reunited and are working on a new anime project together.

Mizushima lists writer Gen Urobochi, illustrator / character designer Matsutsugu Saitō, and animation studio Toei Animation (as well as "new friends") as being involved in the production. Mizushima also posted a piece of teaser artwork that seems to depict advanced technological structures build into the side of a jagged cliff face.

Further details about the new production (such as the title, the premise, the format, and the release date) have not yet been revealed.
