The girls are played by two exclusive models for the Seventeen magazine
The three-member Japanese rock band saji has posted a four-minute full music video for their third single song "Hoshi no Orchestra" (The Orchestra of Stars), which is now used as the OP theme for the summer 2021 TV anime Kageki Shojo!!
The band was formed in 2011 and previously performed the ED theme songs for Ahiru no Sora (2019) and Dr. Ramune: Mysterious Disease Specialist (2021), as well as the theme song for the feature film Kimi wa Kanata (2020). "Hoshi no Orchestra" is their first OP theme song work for a TV anime series. Its CD single was released in Japan yesterday, July 21.
The music video for "Hoshi no Orchestra" tells a drama two girls who are aiming to enter the National High School Ensemble Competition, and their dreams, struggles and friendship. The protagonists are played by Ririka Tanabe and Natsuki Deguchi, who are active as exclusive models for the Seventeen magazine. Both are noted young actresses who have appeared in many dramas and have received great support from teenagers.

In a message video posted on Twitter, Tanabe says, "It was my first time to play with a saxophone and trumpet, so it was a fresh experience and I enjoyed it." And Deguchi adds, "The scene in the music room is one that I worked hard on, or rather enjoyed, so I hope you will pay attention to it."
