Masumi Tazawa Joins TV Anime Peach Boy Riverside as Sleeping Demon Girl Daminki
Sigeru Ueda (Gekidol)-directed fantasy is simulcast on Crunchyroll

Voice actress Masumi Tazawa (Ayame Hamaguchi in The [email protected] Cinderella Girls) has announced on her official Twitter that she will voice a character named Daminki in the the summer 2021 TV anime Beach Boy Riverside. The character is also confirmed to appear in the browser game Peach Boy Riverside Battle Saga.
She says, "When I first saw it, I was attracted by the title and the synopsis. I remember reading the original manga with excitement, wondering how it would go. As the name suggests, the character I play, Daminki (damin means inactivity or indolence), is a child who sleeps all the time, but she is just so cute when she's sleeping. I'm really looking forward to seeing her in the anime!"

Synopsis:
This is a tale that took place long ago. There once lived an old man and an old woman. The old man went into the woods to cut down some grass and the old woman went to the river to... (You know the rest.) The ogres had finally been defeated, but apparently, there were more ogres living elsewhere, so Peach Boy crossed the sea... It was an amazing feat to defeat the ogres and a joyous feat that Peach Boy saved many lives. But the one thing that went wrong... Was that they had fun. This is nothing more than a "What if"... What if there was more than one peach that tumbled down the river?
