The Detective is Already Dead TV anime gets clued in by Funimation each week
With the gang in The Detective is Already Dead TV anime finishing up their boat trip in the latest episode, the 4th "true" visual for the series was unveiled featuring the arc, giving the crew a chance to let their hair down and enjoy the salt-filled air of the ocean.
The Detective is Already Dead TV anime is directed by Manabu Kurihara (Bleach, Tokyo Ghoul episode animation director), with series composition from Deko Akao (Noragami, My Roommate is a Cat) at anime studio ENGI. The series is currently broadcasting in Japan, with Funimation streaming it overseas. They describe the series as such:
Thwarting a hijacking with the beautiful, silver-haired detective, Siesta, transforms Kimihiko’s young life. Their success kicks off years of crime-solving and confronting syndicates around the world—until Siesta dies. Left with questions, Kimihiko moves on. But now, a new case may open healed wounds as it connects to an assassin, a world conspiracy, and his dead partner!
