Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero's Red Ribbon Army Fills Out Voice Actor Ranks
The next chapter of Dragon Ball opens in Japanese theaters on April 22

Even decades after their defeats, the Red Ribbon army tries its hand once again to bring forth an Android army to take on Goku, Gohan, and the other Z-fighters. Announced today, the voice actors of the new heads of the Red Ribbon Army were confirmed for the upcoming Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero anime film, which is set to head to Japanese theaters on April 22.
From left to right, top and bottom, the new players in the world of Dragon Ball are:
Miyu Irino (Haku in Spirited Away) voicing Dr. Head, the man behind the designs of Gamma 1 and 2, the new androids
Volcano Ota (Zirloin and Tupper in Dragon Ball Super) voicing Magenta, the president of Red Pharmaceuticals, which is a front for the Red Ribbon Army
Ryota Takeuchi (Elias in The Ancient Magus’ Bride) voicing Carmine, an aide for Magenta who also drives him around
Series creator Akira Toriyama is heavily involved in Super Hero, and was already writing the script for it while the last film, Dragon Ball Super: Broly, was still in production.
