Heroine Tarumono! TV Anime Adds Two New Cast Members
Adaptation based on song by HoneyWorks hits Japanese airwaves in April of 2022

Two new cast members have been revealed for Heroine Tarumono! ~Kiraware Heroine to Naishou no Oshigoto~ ("To Become a Real Heroine - The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task"), an upcoming TV anime based on the song by HoneyWorks about a high school girl who secretly takes on the task of managing a popular pair of male idol singers.
The new cast members (pictured above, from left to right) include:
- Shiina Natsukawa as Mona Narumi, a first year high school student who moonlights as an idol.
- And Sora Amamiya as Sena Narumi, Mona's older sister who works as an actor and a model.
The story of Heroine Tarumono! ~Kiraware Heroine to Naishou no Oshigoto~ follows Hiyori Suzumi, a high school student who moves to Tokyo and takes a part-time job as an assistant manager to the male idol duo LIP x LIP in order to make ends meet. Hiyori soon learns that it's tough to juggle work, school life, and club activities, especially when the talent she's managing are also her classmates.
Heroine Tarumono! ~Kiraware Heroine to Naishou no Oshigoto~ is directed by Noriko Hashimoto and features animation production by Lay-duce. The series scheduled to broadcast in Japan on TOKYO MX, Mainichi Broadcasting System, and BS Fuji beginning in April of 2022.
