GIANT KILLING, BLUELOCK Collab to Show off Japan World Cup 2022 Kit

See what the soccer team will be sporting for this year's games

The new Japan World Cup kit for 2022 has just hit, and it's looking pretty cool... and it looks cool on the stars of soccer manga GIANT KILLING and BLUELOCK, too!

The new uniforms, designed in collaboration with Adidas, will be worn by Japan's team at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. In a continued effort to attract younger fans to the sport, GIANT KILLING artist Tsujitomo and BLUELOCK artist Yusuke Nomura penned art of the two series's characters sporting the new look.

Check out this video covering the process of making the new design, and the collaboration, come to life:

The original artwork, as well as sketches and other "making-of" material for the campaign, will be on display for a limited time at the Adidas brand center in RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK. Look in any time between now and October 31 to see the art up close and personal.
