Hunter x Hunter Kurapika VA Miyuki Sawashiro Returns to Work After Having COVID-19
Sawashiro has "fully recovered" from the disease

Miyuki Sawashiro's talent agency Aoni Production announced today that the voice actor has "fully recovered" from COVID-19 and is able to return to work. Sawashiro tested positive for COVID-19 on August 31 after she was a close contact with another who had also tested positive. At the time it was reported that she was in a stable condition and was resting at home under the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
Aoni Production reports today that Sawashiro has made a full recovery under those same guidelines and is now allowed to return to work. The Japanese government recently announced that they will be shortening isolation times for those with COVID-19 symptoms to seven days and those without symptoms but still testing positive to five days, though the new rules haven't come into effect for Sawashiro.
Miyuki Sawashiro has a voice acting career that spans over four different decades and is best known for voicing Celty Sturluson in Durarara!!, Kurapika in Hunter × Hunter, Sinon in Sword Art Online, Kanbaru Suruga in the Monogatari franchise, Fujiko Mine in various Lupin the Third series, Canaan in CANAAN, Daki in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc, among many more.
