Nintama Rantaro TV Anime Celebrates 30 Years of Broadcasting with Art Exhibition

Exhibitions celebrating popular ninja cartoon will run in Tokyo and Osaka

Rantaro and his friends Kirmaru and Shinbei celebrate another exciting day at ninja school in a scene from the upcoming 30th season of the Nintama Rantaro TV anime.

Nintama Rantaro (known as Ninjaboy Rantaro in English), a popular children's TV anime based on the gag manga by Soubee Amako, has been broadcasting on Japanese TV for nearly 30 years, and to celebrate this milestone, an art exhibition will be held in Tokyo and Osaka in 2023.

The "Nintama Rantaro Original Art Exhibition ~Thank You for 30 Years of Anime Broadcasting~" will feature drawings and materials from the Nintama Rantaro TV anime, which began broadcasting on the NHK network in 1993. Original character goods will also be on sale at the venue.

A key visual for the upcoming art exhibitions celebrating the 30th anniversary of the broadcast of the Nintama Rantaro TV anime featuring the entire main cast in their ninja uniforms partying with flowers, paper fans, and party poppers.
