    Slice of Life Romcom
I jumped into this anime knowing nothing about it while also expecting nothing. I didn't know what I'd be getting myself into. Here are my thoughts of the show, and what it's about, based on the first episode.

Mira is a outgoing young girl that hits it off with a young boy named Ao during a summer camp as they stargaze. Inspired by their shared goal of naming an asteroid, they dive into the ...

    Yuru Camp with More Yuri!
I'm writing this only after the second episode but that's more than enough to get a sense of this show. This show is about a group of girls doing comfy club things together. If you enjoy shows like Yuru Camp and New game, this is the show for you. If you're excepting some crazy deep plot and plenty of drama, look elsewhere, because this show is a comfy only show.

    I'm a sucker for CGDCT
Yes, its looks to be a Cute Girls Doing Cute Things, and in my book that's a fine thing. Nothing out of the ordinary in the character designs, its well done along with art and animation. It's not at Kyoani levels, be amazing if it were, but its more than adequate. The characters are indeed cute, and theres the requisite teacher/adviser. This will fill in my CGDCT needs nicely. They threw in the ...

Lovely tribute to adolescent girl relationships
Lovely, heartwarming story that captures the tender intensity of girlhood friendships. Gentle pacing and subtle character development; each character is written with affection and empathy. Relatable depiction of the vulnerability of admitting strong feelings--both for another person, and for a difficult-to-achieve goal.

    Absolutely Beautiful
It's been a long time since I've found an anime like this one. It just makes you feel so warm inside when you watch every episode. The opening and ending themes are absolutely perfect and I totally recommend it for anyone looking for an anime that'll get you in the feels in a way only a romance anime can. Just beautiful. 10/10

  • Girls slice of life show with bit of reality
My first impression was "hey, it's yet another girl's slice of life anime from Manga Time Kirara". Yes it is, but I felt this show has a character. As shows goes on, everybody getting serious about their passion - not only their club activity (astronomy and geology / mineralogy - itself is weird for high school girls) but their life as well. Not just yet another high school girl's slice of life ...

  • Was decent but not the best.
I finished this anime in about twelve hours (with a couple of breaks of course). Was pretty okay, but not the best... Mainly due to the story not being that interesting,as a story over astronomy shouldn't be that interesting anyways, but the characters where pretty cute and had their own unique personalities.

  • A good slice of life
If you're looking for a cute, calm slice of life anime, this one will absolutely scratch that itch for you. The premise and characters are interesting, it's visually nice, nothing too fancy and it gets the job done. If cute girls hanging out and doing cute things isn't your thing, though, look elsewhere.

  • Short, sweet, and dare I say educational?
I have a soft spot for high school club shows. More than that, it's a high school science club and the world can always use more girls in STEM. This might not have the same stakes as something like A Place Further Than The Universe but it was never aiming for that. Yes, this is going to check certain boxes of high school club shows but the characters are endearing and the stakes are appropriate ...

  • Cute Girls Do Cute Things
Asteroid in Love centers on Mira Kinohata, who is dreaming of joining the astronomy club, when she enters high school. Her hobby was born because of a man, whom she had promised to discover new asteroids when she was younger. However, when Mira’s high school life starts, she finds out that her school only has the earth sciences club, a club that consists of the astronomy and geology clubs. What is ...
