    Humerous and entertaining so far
The base plot is rather similar to many other series, a single guy being the only male capable of doing "something" that only females can do. Of course this in turn automatically makes him an over powered character from the first episode, or at least that the way it seems to me right now. The show has an obvious ecchi take to it, with the main the main character finding a naked girl alone in the ...

A frankenstein of other anime plots, but still worth watching
I've updated my rating a tad in recognition of how the show improved after the first episode.

The first episode seemed very rushed which really turned me off. Instead of building up the scene or giving some background, it almost immediately dumps you into the initial "eek! a man peeking!" confrontation scene between the male and female protagonists. Then, instead of taking the time to ...

    First Impressions: Just....no
I don't mind a lone male character in an all female academy (even though it's been done SEVERAL times before), I don't mind an already hardened, strong main character (sometimes that can be badass), and I don't mind anime's with a harem (when done right, it can be rather enjoyable), but what makes this first episode hard to watch is that they throw in almost every single harem cliche/trope in just ...

I have high hopes for this anime.
I think it was a pretty typical start on an harem anime but the thing that really got me intreasted was the male lead. He wasen't the typical lead, he seams like he can fight and don't need to be rescued 24/7 and I also like the he acts and talk, it isen't like every other anime where the guy is a scary cat. I kind of have high hopes for this anime, but it's kind of hard to tell from the first ...

Spoiler ALERT! Light Novel Content included
Okay so again while this is pretty much an IS themed anime there are some major differences.
    1. While Kamito does have the power as the only guy he is very experienced than our main character from IS
    2. His identity has been kept secret his whole life. (This is a big piece of the story)
    3. We don't have robots.(Well, not throughtout the whole show.)
    4. Kamito's beloved weapon(s) are both girls ...

    Hopefully a godly one
The light novel is indeed one of the best I have ever read. 10/10 for the light novel but the anime is a direct copy of the light novel which could potentially be bad for people who just picked it up. At first, the anime will be pretty fan service~y but it should settle and develop all the characters well. Honestly, I didn't enjoy the first arc as much as the later ones but I still think that the ...

    Very Entertaining Summer Anime
I see similarities too a couple of the greats, High School DxD, and Date a Live have characters that seem to have sort of the same personalities. If you like the ecchi genre and that sort of thing, than this is definitely a must watch. It seems to be a good source of entertainment.

After 6 episodes, I realized that there is actually more to this anime than people should expect the story is ...

I hate it but i'l probably finish it.
Why would I finish this even though it sucks? Because its had some interesting action scenes and I can fast forward through all the trash scenes.

    If you like:
The main character being treated like a evil man.
The main character actually agreeing to be a girls "contracted spirit" even though he gets nothing out of it.
The main character being either weak or randomly strong at times.
    Cruddy ...

    Tsunderes ruining another character.
Alright. Let me get this out. This is Zero no Tsukaima. The only difference is that the main character is strong from the start and the talking sword is a girl. Everything else, the main heroine, the rest of the harem, the slave thing (UGHH!) and the school setting is the same.
So if you liked Zero no Tsukaima, you'll like this.

But if you're not a "M" kind of person, and you didn't like ...
