  • Ao Haru Ride Review - Favorite romance anime ever!!
Ao Haru Ride or Blue Spring Ride is a romance anime from the studio Production I.G. and based off of the manga by Io Sakisaka.

I have to say that this anime had me feeling all of the feels. The best point to it was defiantly the characters. All of them had their own problems going on and I found that I could relate to some of them. There was Shuko with the forbidden relationship with a ...

    Kinda Slow, Nothing really happens
I dunno, maybe I missed something by not reading the anime? I was waiting for some connection or finale but it just didn't satisfy. It's been a number of months since I watched it, so I don't remember all the details, but I remember being quite disappointed at the end. I was surprised by all the *amazing* reviews, but it seems that everything on Crunchyroll has 4 or 5 star reviews. It makes it ...

  • Beauitful is an Understatement
because this is so much more. It left me with an internal conflict between two particular girls. That's pretty vague, so I don't consider it a spoiler. Anyway, I fell in love with the pasts of the two mainly main characters. I also very much fell in love with their presents and what was going on around them.

  • One of the best romance animes I've watched in awhile!
AMAZING anime, you can't help but fall in love with the characters!
Ending of this not so satisfying though, but I find that with many romance ones like this, and pretty sure they're leading up to another season. Hope they get on that right away because I'm dying to watch more!
Also people need to watch the live action movie it covers basically the whole series.

Blue Spring Ride is up with the Best!!
It captivated me from start to finish, one of the best slice of life and romance animes i've had the opportunity to watch. The story was well laid out and the development of characters was done in the right manner. If you are a fan of romance, then this is a must watch as you'll be left out by missing such a masterpiece. I wish it was a bit longer because, i longed to know who Kou would end up ...

  • Made me fall in love with Anime.
I consider Sakisaka Io to be a genius, I adore Ko, and I want to be Futaba, who is easily relatable, and refreshingly honest. There are some obvious used cliches in this anime, like the cute boy moments with cats, but it works, so whatever. This is the first anime I truly ever threw myself in and really fell in love.

  • Great story - Ended far too soon!
This story, although similar to some plots, was quite refreshing, and the connections made with the past and future characters was really nice to see and discover. Especially with Futaba and her journey through her school years - so relateable, and her weird habits are like my own - she's so funny! I wish there was more =(

  • a little more than your typical slice of life
The characters in this show develop and unveil themselves pretty wonderful. The development isn't too fast or too slow. Unexpectedly upon Kou's return he's not as warm as he once was and Futaba takes it upon herself to figure out why. The depth of the show is truly revealed as some spoilers unveil...

  • I Changed My Mind...
I started reading Ao Haru Ride as a manga awhile back, but I got fed up with the pace of the story and quit. I can't say that I'm sorry I stopped reading the manga, because the anime was actually better than the manga. It felt a much deeper emotional connection to the male lead in the anime than I did in the manga, and even though I already knew how the story ended, I found myself on the edge of ...
