Has a very childish and cartoonish Feeling
If I was in elementary or middle school, I may have liked this show. I watched 9 episodes hoping it would get better before dropping it. Feels nothing like the original. It's like diluted version of their original parts. I wouldn't recommended this show to anyone that's for sure.

    Its very slow and boring.
After watching everything that the Naruto series and movies had to offer Boruto is just tooooo slow. When I saw the Boruto Movie I honestly thought the series would start with the after. But Its showing evrything from the firat day of school and its soooo damn slow and boring. I don't see a rival or anything that drives Boruto like in Naruto, none of the supporting characters interest me at all ...

Great to watch, glad we got this.
Every Wednesday morning after the job, i am here on crunchyroll watching Boruto. Really enjoying it and glad it keep going. I don't understand why people hate this, i don't find anything bad, specially with that new coming arc from Naruto Gaiden. Really enjoyed the first arc so far.

    It's pretty good lmao
When I first saw it I was like oh god, but then as it went on it got way better. For those saying that Boruto is way worse than Naruto, think about this...
-Naruto has been around for a long time and has obviously a huge following (so naturally when it ended people wanted to see more of Naruto not Boruto)
-Nostalgia is a huge factor because many people watched Naruto when they were kids. It's ...

    My Opinion of this show
Seen every episode of Naruto and Shippuden. This so far has impressed me and shows the potential of surpassing Naruto as long as they don't end up having 200+ fillers. The show doesn't feel like a spin off or an unnecessary continuation of Naruto. It feels like a whole new story just involving what happened in Naruto.

    a worthy successor??
This is naruto guys. when budget and creativity permit, this show is a worthy successor---i think from here on- they have no choice but to do well.
shonen trash content has been a part of this up until now- i know kids are watching.
my hope for this show is that it continues complex storylines, artistic feeling and unique style that is Naruto

Perfect setup for a to-be long and developed series!
With how the characters are first introduced, there is so much potential for character development. This is how Naruto first was; he started off as an immature troublemaker, and turned into a strong, yet slightly childish hero. Boruto has it all set up, he shows signs of awakening the Byakugan, has some "hate" towards his dad, and like Naruto, starts off a bit immature. So much room for a long and ...

Boruto is a great continuation of Naruto with a fresh modern twist to it.
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is just like everything else in life, it needs time to set everything up and build from it. We live in a world where people like to judge quickly and unfairly make comparisons. Give it time. Let it breathe and create its own legacy before you criticize.

I've enjoyed it so far - Most episodes from the first arc have a nice slice of life twist to it, and it's only ...

  • Think it's a good show so far!
I honestly think watching the kids grow up in a more modern setting where you still have some old school ways of thinking (ninjutsu and the old standards) and these kids with their modern ways makes for interesting story lines. It brings a different dynamic to the Naruto world. Yeah, maybe it doesn't have the same charm of the original Naruto series, but it brings it's own character that I find ...
