Sports anime at it's best, especially if you love soccer
I love soccer (and play) and I usually like most sports animes. That combo has me really enjoying this one! It's got brotherhood, growth, drive & determination; and hard work all well represented. The humor is good and the characterizations well defined and enjoyable. Fun!

    The classic SoL sports story
A classical story of a group of fellow students competing on sports team and growing with each other. Your first impression of the show might be that this is a fast paced action type show focusing on the actual play, but it mostly plays out as a SoL that focuses on the camaraderie, development, growth, and life experiences of a group of adolescents. So far it's been really good
I like characters and I like the way the story is going. One thing I hope is that it's not a romantic love story between Tsukushi and Jin. I think they're great friends who get along in a brotherly way. I liked the action scenes and how well it was relatable. I played soccer in high school too and that shuttle run scene. It brings back some hard but rewarding memories.

More Kawaii Than Necessary Sports Anime
[Review based up to episode 8]

Sports anime tend to be about underdogs rising up and kicking butt. DAYS is no exception. Just take a typical sports anime plot, then dump in a bucket load of cuteness and you got DAYS. It's a fun watch if you're looking for a cute slice-of-life sports anime.

Our main protagonist (also the most kawaii sports anime MC I've ever seen) Tsukamoto Tsukushi knows ...
