Yubaba/Zeniba (Spirited Away) VA Mari Natsuki appeared as special guest
The "Toshio Suzuki and Ghibli" exhibition dedicated to the words and illustrations by Toshio Suzuki, the former president of Studio Ghibli and producer of its anime feature films, opened at the Edocco culture hall at Kanda Myojin shrine in Tokyo today.
The exhibition is based on the "Studio Ghibli Toshio Suzuki: Kotoba no Maho-ten (Exhibition of magical words)" that was first held in Hiroshima in 2017, then in Nagoya and Kanazawa last year.This upgraded version also features new materials, including a three meters tall fortune machine with the heads of Yubaba and Zeniba from Hayao Miyazaki's 2001 film Spirited Away.
The "Toshio Suzuki and Ghibli" exhibition will open from April 20 to May 12, 2019.
