ZOMBIE LAND SAGA Stage Play Adaptation Slated for Spring 2020

Anime music video for a new song "Saga Jihen" is also streamed now

It is officially confirmed today that a stage play adaptation of the ZOMBIE LAND SAGA anime series, titled ZOMBIE LAND SAGA: Stage de Doon! (doon is probably a pun of dawn), is set to be performed in the spring of 2020. It will feature its original cast, which means the anime voice cast will not play their characters on the stage. Further details including cast and schedule will be revealed on November 27, 2019.

In addition, a special live event "ZOMBIE LAND SAGA LIVE -Franchouchou LIVE OF THE DEAD-" is scheduled to be held at Makuhari Messe Event Hall in Chiba Prefecture on March 8, 2020. As of this writing, Kaede Hondo (Sakura Minamoto), Asami Tano (Saki Nikaido), Risa Taneda (Ai Mizuno), Maki Kawase (Junko Konno), Rika Kinugawa (Yugiri), and Minami Tanaka (Lily Hoshikawa) are confirmed to join.

And a two-minute anime music video for "Saga Jihen," a new song to be included in the "ZOMBIE LAND SAGA Franchouchou The Best" album is now streamed on YouTube. The song features Yugiri as lead vocalist for the first time. The 19-song album with an advance entry serial code for the live event is scheduled to be released on November 27, 2019.
