"Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?" Becomes Top-Selling Light Novel of 2015

Last year's winner "The Irregular at Magic High School" ranks a close 2nd

In addition to the manga ranking, Oricon has  also announced the top 10 sales ranking of the Japanese light novel series published between December 2014 and November 2015. Thanks to the successful TV anime adaptation produced by J.C.STAFF, Fujino Omori's Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? becomes the top-selling series of the year. The fantasy series has been published from SB Creative's light novel imprint GA Bunko since January of 2013, and currently nine volumes are available in Japan. The series didn't appear even in the top 20 last year, so again it proves a TV anime adaptation's strong influence on sales.
