"Kaden Shojo" Smart Phone Game Ends Service in March of 2016

Puzzle RPG re-imagined household appliances & electronics as anthropomorphic anime girls

The fiercely competitive world of Japanese free-to-play smart phone games has claimed another casualty because the official Twitter feed for Kaden Shojo, a puzzle RPG by Aniplex Mobile that re-imagines household appliances & home electronics as anthropomorphic anime girls, has announced that the game will be ceasing service on March 31, 2016.

In-game purchases will be disabled as of February 24, 2016, and refunds will be available by request until April 01, 2016. Japanese fans have noted with some disappointment that service's cancellation announcement comes less than a year after the game's introduction in March of 2015.

Fare thee well, Appliance Girls. We hardly knew ye. May you forever run with toast in your mouths in the Great Beyond.
