Two day event aimed at ladies celebrates anime, otome games, BL, cosplay, and more
Animate Girls Festival 2017 - a convention aimed at women who enjoy hobbies such as anime, otome games, BL, cosplay, and more - is taking over the Ikebukuro Sunshine City commercial complex in Tokyo in November of 2017.
The 2-day event will feature industry booths and retailers as well as stage shows, cosplay events, a BL-themed puzzle game, and even a blood drive collaboration with the upcoming TV anime, Sengoku Night Blood.
Animate Girls Festival 2017 runs from 10:00 AM - 5:00PM JST on November 03 - 04, 2017. Tickets range in price from 2800 yen ($25.19 US) for early-access tickets to 500 yen ($4.50 US) for an afternoon (after 2PM) pass.
