"A Centaur's Life" dining experience offers show-inspired dishes and limited-edition goods.
Dining spots around Akihabara are sharing the Centaur's Life love this summer by dishing up some character-themed meals. The collaboration, which lasts one month, will be available at multiple establishments, and comes with a variety of cute limited-edition goods.
Two Go! Go! Curry locations will be offering Himeno's "If you eat this again, you'll get fat!" curry, served with cheese, a hard boiled egg, and fried chicken.
Ramen shop Darumanome will serve this "rough and punchy" bowl themed to demon girl Nozomi, containing garlic oil, soft boiled egg, pork bone, and other special toppings.
Satyr girl Kyouko gets the special "Kyouko-chan Isn't Too Fat to Eat This!" hamburger dish at Gyu-sha. The 100% Wagyu beef patty is topped with a round omelet and served with a side of grapefruit juice.
Suzuya will be serving up an 'Assorted Feast" of fried shrimp, various cutlets, and crab cream croquettes, themed to angel girl Manami Mitama.
And "Suu-chan's Antarctic Curry" is available in either black beef or red chicken varieties. It's being served up by Karehanomimono, and comes with a bottle of Aka-Mamushi Drink.
All meals come with a "student ID card" for their respective character while supplies last.
These badges can be traded in at Taito for a limited-edition pinbpack button featuring the character in question -- of course, while supplies last.
"A Centaur's Table" is currently running in Akihabara, and ends September 10.
