Fans Choose Top Ten Anime Karaoke Tunes

New poll ranks anison popularity

There's nothing like belting out your favorite anime song at a convention. Or at karaoke. Or in the shower. Or the car. You get the idea. But which ones are the most fun to sing along to?

In honor of Karaoke Day (which is today, by the way), anime news site Anime! Anime! polled its readers to get their picks. 783 fans responded, with a 59%/41% split between male and female fans. About 56% of responses were from fans under the age of 19, with around 30% in their twenties -- meaning this is definitely a selection led by the younger set.

So, which made the top ten?

10. "Hare Hare Yukai," The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

9. "Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari," Bakemonogatari

8. "GO!", Naruto

7. "Welcome to Japari Park," Kemono Friends

6. "Butter-Fly," Digimon Adventure

5. "Lion," Macross Frontier

4. "Sugar Song to Bitter Step," Blood Blockade Battlefront

3. "God Knows...", The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

2. "only my railgun," A Certain Scientific Railgun

1. "Cruel Angel's Thesis," Neon Genesis Evangelion

Did your favorite make the list? What would you rank #1? Let us know in the comments!
