Mazinger Z/Infinity Launches Mighty BD in Japan

Special edition set includes vinyl album, Robeast encyclopedia, and more

Mazinger Z/Infinity was released worldwide in 2017 and 2018, closing out the saga of one of Go Nagai's best known robots. But if you're still looking for more, there's more to be had in the new limited-edition BD box.

The new box is loaded down with extras: a Photon Lab pin, a vinyl of Ichiro Mizuki's performance of the theme (modern version on one side, original on the other), a poster featuring new character Lisa, a 40-page commentary booklet, and a 64-page encyclopedia covering the heroes and monsters of the series.

The interiors also feature an extra beautiful bonus: new art of Koji, Sayaka, Lisa, and Z drawn by Go Nagai himself:

Standard BD and DVD editions will also be available.
