Adaptation based on 4-panel comic by Nanatsu Mukunoki will broadcast in Japan in January of 2019
A new key visual (above), the main cast, and the Japanese broadcast period have been revealed for Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! ("An Angel Swooped Down on Me!"), a 4-panel yuri comedy manga by Nanatsu Mukunoki about a shut-in college student who becomes infatuated with her younger sister's friends. The cast members include:
Reina Ueda as Miyako Hoshino.
Maria Sashide as Hana Shirosaki.
Rika Nagae as Hinata Hoshino.
And Akari Kitō as Nao Himesaka.
The original Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! manga is serialized in Ichinjinsha's Comic Yuri Hime manga magazine. The story follows Miyako Hoshino, a geeky and socially anxious college student, who falls in love at first sight with Hana Shirosaki, the classmate of Miyako's little sister, Hinata. Unfortunately for everyone involved, Hinata and her friends are only in the 5th grade!
The Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! TV anime is directed by Daisuke Hiramaki and features animation production by Doga Kobo. The series will broadcast in Japan beginning in January of 2019.
