The main cast, the main staff, the Japanese TV schedule, a new trailer, and a new key visual have all been revealed for Murenase! Seton Gakuen ("Come Together! To the Seton Academy", also known as "Animal Academy"), an upcoming TV anime based on the romantic comedy manga by Bungo Yamashita about an ordinary human trying to survive in an academy for animal-people where the law of the jungle rules.

Murenase! Seton Gakuen is set in a prestigious private academy where the cardinal rule is "survival of the fittest" and various species clash every day. After a fateful encounter, Jin Mazama - a human boy who hates animals - is involuntarily recruited into the "pack" of Ranka Okami, a solitary wolf-girl who believes that though their shapes may differ, with the right amount of licking, anyone can become friends.

 

A new key visual for Murenase! Seton Gakuen, featuring the heroine Ranka Okama stealing a hunk of meat while the rest of her animal-people classmates (and human Jin Mazama) react to her antics.

 

Murenase! Seton Gakuen will broadcast in Japan according to the following TV schedule:

 

  • Tokyo MX: every Monday during the 24:30 time slot beginning on January 06, 2020.
  • Sun TV: every Monday during the 24:30 time slot beginning on January 06, 2020.
  • KBS Kyoto: every Monday during the 24:30 time slot beginning on January 06, 2020.
  • BS11: every Monday during the 24:30 time slot beginning on January 06, 2020.
  • Animax: every Sunday during the 23:30 time slot beginning on January 12, 2020.

 

Please note that some Japanese TV schedules count early-morning programming as late-night programming of the previous day, so for example the 24:30 time slot on Monday evening is actually on Tuesday morning at 12:30am JST.
