The fashion sense of the titular character of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!, an upcoming TV anime based on the "sexy slice-of-life comedy" manga by Take, is a bit of a big mood, and soon fans will have a chance to replicate Uzaki-chan's style with official "SUGOI DEKAI" T-shirts from cosplay specialists ACOS.
The "SUGOI DEKAI" T-shirts come emblazoned with the famous phrase in big, blocky English letters, and they are available both in black and white versions. The T-shirts will be available from the ACOS website and at Animate stores throughout Japan beginning on July 24, 2020. The T-shirts retail for 3080 yen ($28.77 US) including tax.
Known as Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai! in Japan, the original Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! manga is serialized by KADOKAWA under their Dragon Comics Age imprint. An English language version is also available from Seven Seas Entertainment, who describe the story as follows:
Sakurai Shinichi’s one wish is for a little peace and quiet. But Uzaki Hana–his boisterous, well-endowed underclassman–has other plans. All she wants is to hang out and poke fun at him. With the help of her chipper charm and peppy persistence, this might just be the start of a beautiful relationship!
The Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! TV anime is directed by Kazuya Miura and features animation production by ENGI. The series is currently scheduled to broadcast in Japan beginning in July of 2020.
