During the Jump Special Anime Festa online event today, the first trailer for upcoming TV anime Kemono Jihen, based on the supernatural manga by Sho Aimoto about paranormal investigators examining strange incidents in rural Japan, was sneakily released during a montage of other trailers for currently airing and upcoming TV anime based on Shonen Jump properties.

Masaya Fujimori (Fairy Tail the Movie: Phoenix Priestess) directs the supernatural investigation series at Ajia-do Animation Works. Kemono Jihen was announced back in December 2019 at Jump Festa 2020 and premieres in January 2021.
