  • greatest sport anime of all time
Can rewatch haikyuu again and again. If you think this anime is a lighthearted sports anime you're wrong. I became attacthed to all the characters even ones on opposite teams facing karasuno and often found myself cheering for both. Kuroo is best boy and the relationships between all the boys makes me cry :')

  • Tobe flyyyy hiiiiighhhhh! Aaase to Chi to Namiiiiida deeeeee
Haykyu!! is an incredible anime with an even better animation and storyline.
I may be biased because I used to play volleyball, but I can really see furudate-sensei's passion for the sport! the music is captivating, and the characters so varied that is impossible to not relate to one of them.
That said, I prefer the anime as it gives you an idea of the dynamicity of the games, and I absolutely ...

  • Favourite Sports Anime!
Haikyu!! is definitely worth watching! The story is strongly character-driven, and all the characters, not just the protagonists, are well developed and grow through the series. The creators also clearly explain how volleyball works, which is really helpful if you don't play sports yourself and need to know what's going on. This show taught me what a libero is, for example. I highly recommend it! ...

  • Flyin' High! and there shall be light
What can I say. Great action sequences during the matches, Hinata who is literal sunshine is a likable character and his personality contracts Kageyama's perfectly. You know what they say, every sports anime these days need the main duo that we can be emotionally attached to and lure in certain types of fans.
I knew the bare bone basics of volleyball before watching this but that was enough to ...

  • Unbelievably Surprising
I am by no means a sports lover. In fact, I usually head in the opposite direction at the first sign of any athletic activity. Maybe that's partly due to my tendency for rolled ankles, flat feet and chronic health induced low stamina, but maybe it's because I truly dislike the atmosphere put off by such an insanely competitive industry. Regardless of all misgivings, I eventually decided to give ...

    Haikyu!! Really Good!
The first few episodes of this anime are a bit different as Shoyo is equal in the main character aspect with Tobia which you don't expect from just the front covers. Eventually they become a team and it's really good to watch them improve. Though it may drag on, it concentrates on Shoyo's talents which is seen not only as a threat to others but also becomes a good rival to many ...

  • Really intense and rewarding
Not that into sports, never seen volleyball before this anime, but it has an incredible property of keeping you on the edge of your seat throughout. Just the amount of actual volleyball content provided here is pretty impressive, even more so the ability to make it so engaging as it is. At times, this the most nerve-wrecking anime I've come across, and that's honestly saying something.
