    One of my favourites
Being a huge fan of the original 2003 series, I thought I'd be disappointed by this, but I wasn't at all. This delivered on all aspects, beautiful story as usual from Kino's journey.
This anime has a unique atmosphere and it is quite philosophical and thought-provoking. It is a hidden gem that you won't regret watching.

    Gorgeous and Unique!
Kino's journey really is beautiful and the story he lives is very compelling, one to watch! The lighting is very well done, the colours are stunning, the lens flares are gorgeous, and the animation is amazing. You might not immediately be attracted to a talking motorcycle, but the characters and the story is really well developed and it's a must watch anime!

  • Great Slice of Life Anthology
This show is an anthology piece, with most episodes being unrelated to the previous ones, and only a few characters and story arcs that really build. But, that's not a negative thing! Each new area that Kino visits is well defined and unique, and each story is well presented in a nice little package.

  • really great anime that can be slow for some but really hits you in the feels.
honestly this anime is really good when it comes to hitting you in the feels. The story each episode is independent to the next and can be very short but I guess that the point - the protagonists is a traveller who never stays for too long so neither they or the viewer always get the full picture.

  • Great Immersive series to tune out to
Found this a great series to just sit back and enjoy. I would definitely recommend this one to others as something light to watch.
Some drawbacks would be how episodic it can be; this isn't necessarily a bad thing but does make it feel like a highly segmented world where each city doesn't seem remotely relevant to the next one. Oh, and they do seem to love to call cities countries but that ...

    simple, predictable and straight forward.
Another gender bender propaganda from the "open-minded" nation.
They try to throw you off by playing around with the hair and eye color but like many Anime the opening is a bit of a spoiler.

This series is too predictable which makes it boring. The Locations are good but some of them are dull and not all of them are interesting.

He carries the motorbike up every stairs and never complains ...
