    In commemoration of the 20th anniversary for Hiroyuki Takei's Shaman King action fantasy manga series, its first original art exhibition is set to be held in Tokyo (November 23 - December 4, 2019), Osaka (January 22 - 28, 2020), and Aomori (April 29 - May 10, 2020).     From Osamu Tezuka's "Princess Knight" to CLAMP's "Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card"

    Japan's oldest currently published shoujo manga magazine Nakayoshi was launched by Kodansha in December 1954, and will celebrate its 65th anniversary with its January 2020 issue.   • 1985 OVA Leda's Heroine Yohko Returns as New 1/7 Scale Figure

    Special exhibition for the classic fantasy anime also opens today at Shibuya Marui in Tokyo

    Today on the release day of the 4K remaster edition Blu-ray box of Genmu Senki Leda/Leda: The Fantastic Adventure of Yohko, Toho revealed product photos of a new 1/7 scale figure of its protagonist Yohko Asagiri to be released in late December of this year.   • TV Anime Dropkick on My Devil! Confirms Its 2nd Season's Premiere in 2020

    Footage from the 2nd season's 1st episode will be screened at the upcoming mini exhibitions

    To commemorate the manga's seventh anniversary and the broadcast of the TV anime's second season, the Jashin-chan Dropkick/Dropkick on My Devil! franchise will hold a "Jashin-chan Exhibition Mini" event in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka from June 15.   • 300 Friends Designs to be Displayed at "Kemono Friends World" Exhibition in June

    The display items will include many never-seen-before materials

    Parco will hold "Kemono Friends World," a special exhibition dedicated to the Kemono Friends franchise at Parco Museum (Ikebukuro Parco Main Building 7F) from June 7 to 24, 2019.
