    In commemoration of the 20th anniversary for Hiroyuki Takei's Shaman King action fantasy manga series, its first original art exhibition is set to be held in Tokyo (November 23 - December 4, 2019), Osaka (January 22 - 28, 2020), and Aomori (April 29 - May 10, 2020).     Kotobukiya has listed two new 1/8 scale ARTFX J figures of Yoh and Hao Asakura, the twin brothers from Hiroyuki Takei's fantasy action manga series Shaman King. The manga celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, and both figures are based on newly drawn illustrations by the manga author himself.     In commemoration of the manga's 20th anniversary, Bandai's official online store Premium Bandai today starts accepting pre-orders for four accessories inspired by the items worn by the main characters of Hiroyuki Takei's Shaman King action fantasy series: Yo Asakura's necklace, Horohoro's Ikupasuy (pierced earrings), X-LAWS' badge, and Hao Asakura's earrings.   • "Shaman King" Manga Author Refused An Offer for Anime Remake

    "I hope there will be another chance."

    Answering to a fan's question, 44-year-old manga artist Hiroyuki Takei revealed on his official Twitter yesterday that he received an offer for an anime remake of his representative work from 1998 to 2004, Shaman King, but had to turn down it. Hit the jump for more details.
