    Director Takuya Yamamura returns for the film version

    During a live stream premiere for the 2nd anniversary of Kyoto Animation archery franchise Tsurune, it was announced that a theatrical version of the series has been decided, with director Takuya Yamamura returning for the anime film.     In its fourth weekend, Kyoto Animation's Violet Evergarden The Movie still holds the same third-place position as last weekend. The 140-minute film has earned 1,283,803,400 yen on 898,663 admissions in 24 days since its release of September 18.   • Yen Press to Release New Haruhi Suzumiya Light Novel in Hardcover in June 2021

    The rest of the series will see a paperback re-release with original covers

    SOS Brigade members rejoice because today Yen Press announced a bunch of news on the English release of the next Haruhi Suzumiya light novel and the English re-release of the rest of the series! The English based publisher confirmed that The Intuition of Haruhi Suzumiya will get its physical release in June 2021, with a hardcover version based on the Japan cover in the same style as Yen Press' older Haruhi Suzumiya light novels.
