Renowned Japanese novelist Osamu Dazai's 1948 novel Ningen Shikkau (No Longer Human) will get its futuristic sci-fi anime film adaptation, announced at CHICAGO COMIC & ENTERTAINMENT EXPO (C2E2) on March 22.
