Three-member Japanese vocal unit Unlimited tone provides the OP song "Utatane Sunshine" for the ongoing TV anime adaptation of Nozomi Uda's Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge/Tanaka-kun is Always Listless web manga. Their record company Lantis has posted a 90-second short music video for the song.
Sentai Filmworks has announced the license of spring's anime adaptation of Tanaka-kun is Always Listless aka Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge. The series was directed by Shinya Kawatsura (Kokoro Connect, Non Non Biyori), with series composition by Akemi Omode (Get Backers, Tales of the Abyss) and character design by Haruko Iizuka (Inu x Boku Secret Service, School-Live!).
