    The game launches on Nintendo Switch on January 28

  • SEGA Opens Up New Studio in Sapporo for Bug-Fixing and Game Dev

    The studio will hire local Hokkaido talent to help the game dev pipeline

    Japanese video game company SEGA announced today that they will be opening up a brand new studio on Japan’s northern island of Hokkaido in its capital city of Sapporo. SEGA says SEGA Sapporo Studio will “secure a high-quality and stable development line” during this time of “rapid progress of digital transformation.” Game on past the jump!

  • Video Game Auteur Hideo Kojima Teases His 2022 Plans

    More game dev, video production, and even a radio show?

    Legendary video game creator Hideo Kojima went to Twitter yesterday to reveal his lofty goals for 2022 – even if some of them have already begun. The post includes a Happy New Year's illustration from Kojima Productions featuring the Ludens that Kojima thinks we'll evolve into – to be fair, this decade couldn't get any weirder.   • The Great Ace Attorney Game Tells Kids to Say No to Drugs

    Capcom and the Osaka Prefectural Police team up for an anti-drug campaign

    In somewhat of an ironic campaign, the Osaka Prefectural Police Department requested the support of game publisher Capcom to help spread the message that drugs are bad to the youth of the prefecture, focusing on cannabis use.
