All-New Film Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection 1st Trailer Announces February 9, 2019 Release
The story sets two years after Zero Requiem

The official website for the Code Geass anime project has started streaming a 30-second first trailer for the forthcoming all-new sequel film Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch/Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection announcing its release in Japan on February 9, 2019. The clip also introduces three new characters: Shario (CV: Ayumu Murase), Shesutaaru (Nobunaga Shimazaki), and Bituru (Wataru Takagi). The three main characters from the original series, C.C. (Yukana), Suzaku Kururugi (Takahiro Sakurai), and Nunnally Lamperouge (Kaori Nazuka) were already confirmed to appear.
The film's official Twitter explained that they posted the trailer on October 5 because the first TV anime Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion premiered in Japan on the same day 12 years ago.

The film will be released in 120 theaters across Japan, and its "MoviTicket" edition advance tickets
will be available at the theaters from October 6. It comes with a mini story booklet including a short
novel by the anime's series composition writer Ichiro Oukouchi. The novel's story focuses on Lelouch
and others just before Zero Requiem.
