The official Japanese website for the ongoing TV anime adaptation of KADOKAWA's smartphone game app Shachibato! President, It's Time for Battle! has announced that Akane Fujita will voice a new character Mineko from its next eighth episode to be aired in Japan this Sunday. The 27-year-old voice actress is best known as Sagiri Izumi in Eromanga Sensei (2017).

The anime's official Twitter introduces the character as "a famunera (zombie-like monster) who can speak a human language. Because of her foreignness, she has been harassed in the group." The synopsis for the next episode posted on the official website writes: Makoto is intrigued by a mysterious Maju who is rumored to speak a human language. Minato heads to the dungeon along with Makoto, who is desperate to see the monster, but he falls into a desperate situation there.
