Season 2 is actually not bad!
They took the series in a whole new direction in Season 2. It's still a kid's show, the production is just as clumsy as it's always been, but the mild social satire and sarcasm is pretty hilarious.

Start at Episode 20. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

    It's a kids show. Chill.
I'm not sure how anyone watches this, and after the first few minutes actually expects an anime geared towards older viewers.
The Japanese used is super simple, and the narration is clearly evocative of kids shows. I guess they're just trying to teach about different cities in Japan? I didn't watch past episode one. It reminds me of shows I'd watch as a kid where sometimes they'd go to Chicago, ...

The Greatest Thing Since Sliced Bread
This anime takes you on an emotional joy ride through the fabrics of human understanding and beliefs. By the end of the first episode I was in literal tears at its shear majesty. Forest Fairy Five is definitely a much watch for anyone who enjoys art and cultural, and is sure to change humanity for the better in the years to come. Thank you Forest Fairy Five, thank you for your art!

    GDGD Fairies this ain't
if you want to watch a series of shorts about fairies in the woods, I highly suggest you see gdgd fairies instead of this. gdgd fairies is much more entertaining. better acted as well. gdgd fairies has better direction, better cast, better voice performances, more comedy and more creativity. this seems like a pale imitation attempt.

This is like watching someone else play a lame video game
The graphics are horrible, there is no discernable plot. no character development, and no animation that I can see other than what you could see with a poor a game engine, the voice acting sucks, and it's stupid! Give them hell for being so presumptuous as to present something like this. I find it hard to even watch a complete episode,

not quite horrible enough to be enjoyably bad
oh i really wanted this to be good...i really did...watched the entire first season hoping it would get better...it got progressively worse...blurry backgrounds, awkward animation, i'm not sure if it's really bad improv or the script is actually that bad...plus the opening is like ten minutes long...this is stuck in that horribleness zone that is just really really bad but not quite bad enough to ...

This anime is Anime meets Teletubbies but so much dumber
The title of this review pretty much says it all. I had to skip parts cause it hurt my eyes so much but what I saw made me think this is the Teletubbies show, in anime form, but SO much worse. From the characters being overly bad cutesie, stupid, excitable, and moronic on levels that put the whole of Nick Jr. to shame to the live action parts this was hot trash at it's ripest. Worst of all it had ...

most likely to be a social experiment anime 2017
I think that this anime was procedurally generated, because it's the only way to explain how its introduction included three separate title cards, how every fairy's animation looks inhuman, and how many assets were stolen from some kind of failed korean mmo. I guess this is supposed to be a talk show but I honestly don't understand what this was trying to convey. forest fairy five out of five stars

    Worst Show on Crunchyroll
This is the worst show I ever seen on Crunchyroll. There is no story, there is no point, it reminds me of a little children show aimed for girls. The animation, there is none. It's all computer graphics and looks like a cheesy video game. I never hated a show on Crunchyroll like I hate this thing. One star, since I could not give a zero star review.

    `Is this even animation
I really hope this show gets the Ugly Duckling syndrome where it eventually looks good. I say that not for myself but those poor souls who enjoy this garbage. I bet it doesn't get any better. The animation seems rough and made by middle schoolers. I can barley believe my eyes and am amazed they didn't start bleeding. Gave me cancer, regret not smoking that cigarette.
