I'm terrible at it so far, and I've only played solo..
But would anyone like to play some pubg?

Can do when I am home later. Although I have only played it three times myself. Maybe we can practice together, ha.
If you're only after experienced players to partner up though, then no worries.

You're better off finding a Discord to find people to play with, plenty more people in those places :)

There's probably an invite link for one on r/pubattlegrounds

I don't care if you're experienced or not! I'm sure it will be fun to learn together!
Sorry for the late reply! I just noticed!

I didn't even notice that I did that, so thank you! >.<
And I agree that the game is pretty fun! Even though I'm convinced I'll never get better at it! You're good at those kind of games though!

So many people that i know play this and people kept trying to talk me into buying it but it really didn't appeal to me. Admittedly iam fairly Battlefield obsessed.
Eventually one of my mates gifted it to me. I have played a handful of times. I've played solo, duo and in squads of four.
I dont see what all the hype about it is to be honest? I mean its a cool idea, it's something different. I'll give it that.
Maybe iam just too impatient with it or too obsessed with/used to Battlefield?

I pretty much see it as just running around looking at the floor searching for loot then camping and running away from a moving blue wall..
Like it's pretty realistic, you have to use cover and scout and use your ears a lot and etc, the blue wall takes out some of the realism but it is good that they did that seeing as if they didn't games would go forever and you could go ages without encountering anyone and it would be a massive camp/snooze fest.

Eh i dunno, admittedly iam not great at it. I usually either get no kills before i die or 1 or 2 kills. It's annoying when you spend all that time finding loot then just die. It was fun playing with three of my mates though.
But Battlefield has better graphics, destructible environment and it sucks balls how in PUBG you cant even climb over a fence or wall or anything.
But i know that comparing the two is like apples and oranges and PUBG is early access.

I think it all depends on how you play it. I was doing that at furst too, but I think it's better to drop down to more popular buildings and fight for weapons! If you drop too far out from anything going on it can seem like a boring ghost town for a while. The game is minda fun when you're in battle and such!

Yeah my mates are pretty good at it. They seem to know where to drop if you want to be in immediate action or somewhere safer and just loot. They all seem to love it. I probably have to be in the right mood for it.
I've never overly liked mega realistic games like Armour, i dont mind it being almost infantry only, i have always been a bit impatient with camping and sniping and using stealth. But in other shooters i of course do use my ears and take cover and not just rush into death.
I think if you want to play solo what you said is a good option. But it would seem that in squads of four you dont want to do that because if you die too quick you're out and have to watch them and you let the squad down.

I did notice as well that some luck is involved, as to what loot you find (or dont find) right away.

But yeah i guess it's incomplete and a bit laggy and that. I haven't played it since the update.
