I am currently a Crunchyroll premium member as stated on my account settings on Crunchyroll on my PC. I wanted to try out crunchyroll on my ATV 3, but it gives me an error saying wrong account type : Sorry, you need a Premium or Premium+ Membership account. Anyone experiencing this issue?

Update your Apple TV fully along with the Crunchyroll App. If that doesn't work or it is already up to date, try logging out and logging back in. If you're still having this problem contact Crunchyroll and include the explanation of this issue along with the following information:

- Device Type
- OS Version: Your OS version is in the Settings "app" -> General -> About.
- App Version

Having a similar issue on iOS. The app asks if I want a free trial and I see adds on shows like I don't have premium, but I do. I have the latest version of the app you can download, along with the most recent iOS 10 updates on an iPad Air 2.
