Synopsis as per MAL:
When D'Artagnan went to Tokyo for a little fun, she spotted an unforgettable sight: Lucifer singing while basking in moonlight in a park. From that moment, no matter if she was asleep or awake, D'Artagnan's heart would not stop throbbing for some reason.

One day, D'Artagnan sees a concert by the popular idol act Angely Diva at her friend Izumo's invitation. There, she resolved to follow her idol dreams, and the story of song and miracles begins.

It's a short web series that's a spin off of Monster Strike yet supposedly basically has nothing to do with it. No one seems to be talking about it yet so. let's go?

I'm really just sort of confused by this one. As someone who didn't watch any Monster Strike, I have no real idea what place it has within the Monster Strike universe and yet I also kind of don't care. Even within this short series, though, there's a Part 0 which doesn't seem to connect to the main series at all outside of the main character of Ep 0 being the inspiration of the main character of Ep 1+. It's actually sort of sad in that respect because I really liked the character (Lucy/Lucifer) from Ep 0 and wanted to see more of her story but in my quick internet searching it doesn't look like her story has ever actually been told.

Anyway, Ep 1+ is a fairly typical idol type show but it feels like it's starting out on the better end of that spectrum. The visuals are really nice and the music is very solid. A few nice characters are introduced and it already feels like it's going to be very fun even if it doesn't go anywhere new.

It's also got some really great faces:

In short, solid looking series so far and don't be afraid if you didn't like/didn't watch/don't care about Monster Strike as a whole.
