Well, Diamond was the longest run yet (39 episodes, the others being 26/24/24 respectively), makes sense it takes longer to confirm Vento Aureo.

Not exactly. While it's true that DiU had the longest run without breaks, it was still announced just 4 months after SC ended. SC itself was announced shortly after season 1 ended and it was known early in its run that it was going to have another season just 3 months after for a total of 48 episodes. It's been 9 months since DiU ended. We should've gotten some news months ago at the rate they were going. My guess is that David Production was busy working on Sagrada Reset and the Rohan OVA which still doesn't have a release date as far as I'm aware. And while the staffs are different, it's still difficult for a studio to make multiple full length t.v. series at the same time without a ton of resources (hence why a small studio like WIT took so long to make Attack on Titan season 2 for example). It doesn't look like David Production has anything else to do for the near future besides the Rohan OVA and some little kid anime that's been running since last October so there's a high chance they'll start Part 5 soon, assuming they haven't already started and are just keeping quiet for now.

It will come someday. It just takes some time.
