It always says I have 9+ messages in my notifications. Then when I go to my messages it says I specifically have 112 even though I have no messages at all. It's very frustrating, because I never know if I have messages or not. I just really want to have this fixed. Please help. Last time I asked about this I was told I had to make a new account, but I feel like it's unfair to have to change everything and cancel/move my subscription just for the chance of it happening all over again.
Oh..and is there even a way to contact actual support?

I believe you need to submit a ticket requesting a "Stat Fix". Here's the link to the form: /contact. To contact actual support you can use that contact form, also if you post enough information and are indeed in need of official support you will sometimes receive it through the Forums. If I'm not mistaken, there's another thread regarding this problem and everyone posting in it was being dealt with directly without having to submit a ticket. It's up to you which route you want to take, I'm not sure which path CR support would prefer me to recommend.
