So technology spills out of you at random?

It depends on what device you are using to post to the forums with. Assuming you are using a Windows PC, the easiest way is to right click on the image file, select "Edit" (which should open it in Paint), and in Paint select "Resize", select "Pixels" and change the horizontal to 640, click "OK", and the save the image (or use "Save as" to save it under a different name if you don't want to overwrite the original image).

No technology scares the crap out of me. Okay thanks. That will work when I am uploading an image that is to big, but not for when I am posting the image URL from online. Thanks again!

You can also find an image hosting site that has radio buttons to automatically resize the image for you.

I use www.tinypic.com

In that case, you would have to right click on the image you want to post on the website, save image as and then upload it from your computer to an image hosting site like tinypic.com which I posted above.

I went through a phase in my twenties that involved trying to be officially "grown-up". It was a very short phase. So darned boring.

It's doubtful that there will ever be an age at which I am too old for anime, video games, or soda at breakfast.

Are you that concerned about your personal image that you have to look for an age to dislike something?

No. Only when the interest runs out.

"You didn't grow too old to play games.
You grew old because you stopped playing games"

Seen on the door of a store that sells all kinds of board games, but quite appropriate to this as well.......

I'm 41 and still watching anime series......even if i did just actually start watching them a few months ago......

Just make sure anime isn't the ONLY thing in your life......otherwise, it might be worth considering toning down or stopping (for a while)

I'm 40, and I plan on watching anime and reading manga until I'm old and crusty!

I figure I will stop watching it when I die, unless I can move my consciousness into a robot then I will be able to keep going.

No unless you stop watching anything digital altogether. Anime is just a form of media, like CGI in Hollywood.

However, you should probably move on to more mature anime and less shonen.

I'm 23 and anime/video games is still my favorite hobby. To be honest I don't see myself ever stopping it either.

When you get to "TV-14/PG-13 anime", you think, "Some people will call some of the scenes in this anime/manga pornography or something close to it... Which to show to the parents?". Basically, most anime would be considered MA, by religious people for example. (Oh, and how I would like skinship with other females but that is not what we do. Purely fanservice.)

Its not that simple. My understanding is, after being expose to anime, and you dont continue it, you will go into different phase. phase 1: You will get anime-ic syndrome - a condition similar to smoking withdraw. phase 2: anime-lemia - a condition similar to phase 1 but worst - it gets into your blood kind of thing. phase 3: animyletous - a condition worst that phase 2 - its gets into your nerves. phase 4: animelopathy - the new terminal disease - all the cells in your body gets out of control.

There you have it, my secret research.

Considering that I'm 58 years old, I should have stopped watching anime some 20+ years ago. But with all the great stuff that's coming down the line (read: The Ancient Magus' Bride) and all the sheer silliness that comes as well (read: Gintama).

I've been going through a dry spell of since 2015.
It all just got to repetitive for me. I'm looking to pick it up again.
