despite the fact i weigh 110kg and am overweight (think its less fat more muscle these days by the looks of my belly haha) i generally go for multiple walks a week ranging from 5km to 15 km.
I tend to be very active when i can push ups etc.

6x a week currently

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for weight / resistance training

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays are for cardio (Tuesdays = HIIT; Thursdays = steady state; Saturdays = threshold training)

working 4-10 now. I'm getting beer belly again for not exercise for 4-5 months..
