Why the heck is Crunchyroll trying to promote this series again? It's so effing bad. The series just got through one of the biggest dropped balls ever with Asta losing his arms forever for sure only to just get them back after it presented zero problems at all for him... and now the series is diving straight into the worst arc yet that made most of the manga readers just drop the series.

I actively don't get why they'd start promoting things NOW when the best of the series is behind it, especially after even that ended up being heavily panned and abandoned by most of the anime community.

Seriously, Crunchyroll, Kimetsu no Yaiba is actually good. Why do you want to sell people crap when you've got actually good anime on the site airing RIGHT NOW???

Why are you on here complaining about a show that you don't even watch?

Is Kimetsu no Yaiba better? Yes, it is. But, it also just finished its season and a lot of people do enjoy BC despite your low opinion of it.

Oh, and the thing with Asta's arms was over with quite a long while ago.

Because the fact that Crunchyroll keeps trying to force this show down people's throats is terrible and I'd rather warn people about how dumb it is than have them just stumble across all the fanboy praise from the people who happened to stick around and feel like they need to dump hours of their time into Black "Actions have Consequences" Clover, where actions DEFINITELY have consequences.

I love seeing Black Bulls pulling off combos! Vanessa and Asta's been at it for numerous bouts, but it's nice to see Magna get in on the action. Rather curious as to the differences in Asta swords. While his huge blade seems to negate Magic usage, upon contact, on the opponents body, the current one has a slightly different effect . Does he have three now?

Vanessa's Red Thread of Fate finally shows up again after the Witch Arc. However, it's weakness of draining mana quickly was exposed. Ironically that weakness would've been solved if Vanessa had been hit with the Reincarnation Spell. That would've been some trouble.

On a side note, Yami's the only one I don't recall participating in combos. Perhaps since he didn't need to with his overwhelming strength, but it'd be nice to see him do it with fellow Black Bulls or another captain.

You act like people are being forced to watch it. If someone gives the show a try and doesn't like it they can simply choose to not watch it. And instead of putting your complaint here maybe you should put it in the thread someone started where they ask CR them to put the show back on the front page. That would probably be a more appropriate place to voice your opinion about how CR promotes the show.

The recent episode (104) was really difficult to get through for me. Honestly, I was struggling to even get through the fight scene which is usually something people can get tolerate as its fun to watch.

There were to main reasons for this, one being the constant drops in quality of the animation during and out of fight scenes. This sometimes rendered the show to like a MS Paint slideshow, a joke i'm sure has been made a fair few times. Second being the typical formula this show follows, that being the "Shounen Formula" (I'm referring to battle Shounen). In which the protagonist either comes in to save everyone last minute or wins by "the power of friendship". Somehow this episode includes both of those things. (Among many others)

To be honest I don't know why i continue to watch the show, maybe just to tune out? I have had some enjoyable moments however, e.g when the Wizard King fought Licht but i haven't gotten much moments like that since. I find Zora's character quite endearing and enjoy his presence, but i think he is slowly but surely being pushed out of the shows core.

Yeah, after about, what? 2 hours of a snails-pace intro where everyone around them keeps shouting "It gets better, though!" Yeah, no thanks.

Crynchyroll's not going to bend to one person, but I can VERY realistically at least make enough of a point about how bad Black Clover is to make someone re-consider wasting time on it just because Crunchyroll is obsessed with trying to sell it for whatever reason *coughStudioBribescough*

It's the oldest trick in the book. Need a series to do better? Just throw up a quick half-baked article about how it's good because 'people have elemental magic' or whatever crap you can fart out and people will buy it on the headline alone. That's NEVER going to change no matter what anyone does or says, unfortunately.

Huh. Well I find Black Clover good. Does that make it good? Not necessarily. Does it make it bad? No. Your opinion isn't fact. Just because you don't like the story doesn't mean others won't. Maybe you should let people give it a chance rather than say people should not "waste their time" on it. If you don't like it, fair enough. But ranting here in the CR forums of all places is not the right place to go about it and frankly no one here cares whether you like it or not.

Wow, Crunchyroll promoting a show. *fake gasp*. Never seen that before. We should start crusading to stop this horror . Do you see anyone here caring? No. Crunchyroll promotes shows. Get over it. Just because you don't like the show doesn't mean CR are in the wrong for promoting it. It's called business.

So to round up. Disliking a show and voicing that opinion is fine. Going on a personal mission to make sure no one watches this apparent "trash" show because you don't like it is completely unnecessary and may only take away from people who are actually interested in the show but are filled with a preemptive bias just because of your illogical rant.

On another note, I'm really enjoying the series so far. The fights have been great especially seeing Luck in action. I recently started reading through the manga as well and there's a lot more exciting fights to come

Awesome. A little more exploration on the elf transformation, which certainly is looking more like some kind of curse to wipe out both sides and the elves themselves although conscious arnt necessarily in control. Looking forward to the show exploring this if my guesses are right. (dont tell me if they are no spoilers, mere speculation here). Charmy needs added to best girl awards along side Boruto's sister for this year. I like how although not implicitly applied, looks like her top chef spell can feed the newest black bull member (one of the oldest black bull member per say) magic needs and basically fuel the wild raging bull machine. Which reminds me of a show on netflix recently where the car transform into a raging bull. Its almost like a chicken and the egg question, but who cares, Simpsons did it first?!

To review the episode would be pointless. I require years more of BC. No questions asked!

I think, haven't read the source material, that the resurrected elves have could have been tainted by the hatred of the one elf that brought them back. I've thought that for a while now because it seemed strange to me that every elf brought back was so intent on revenge that they've been willing to commit genocide. You'd think that at least a few of them would have balked at punishing people for the sins of their parents. And, in most cases, not even the sins of their parents.

It also occurred to me that the resurrection spell may be what's driving them crazy. Like there's some kind of dark magic aspect to it that's affecting them.

I recently saw two CR ads for Demon Slayer on youtube, so they are promoting that show.

Nothing beats a meal with your best friends! These moments must have been bliss for Henry. As Walters69 stated, Charmy's new magic boosting dishes might enable Henry to have greater presence in the story. On another note, Henry could potentially play a huge role in the upcoming fights with the elves. He could drain massive amounts of magic from those mana batteries. With support from Vanessa (and eventually Finral), he should be able to get close enough to most elves and steal their huge mana.

Luck and Magna's brotherhood moment was also touching:

I could see sally as a black bull. I think she'd fit right in among the misfits.
